For the Tenant we have a range of accommodation to include Studio flats, executive apartments and family houses to accomodate 1 or more. Once you have found a property among other things we will help to negotiate a contract, transfer utilities, arrange an independent Inventory Clerk to check the property before you move in. We are also a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme ensuring that your deposit is safeguarded.
